Chip Kelly to decide between UCLA and Florida

Update: According to ESPN's Mark Schlabach, former OR coach Chip Kelly is expected to decide between Florida and UCLA in the coming days, and is not entertaining other college openings OR offers.

Per Mark Schlabach of ESPN, the head coach is poised to either take the UCLA Bruins or Florida Gators job in the coming days. On Sunday, the Bruins were relieved of head coaching services by Jim Mora.

Kelly, an analyst at ESPN, went 46-7 from 2009 to 2012 at OR, which averaged 44.7 points a game during that span. He brought the program to the cusp of its first national championship in the 2010 season when the Ducks lost 22-19 to Cam Newton's Auburn team in the BCS national championship title game.

Iran's semi-official Iranian ILNA news agency says at least 14 Iranian provinces were affected. Iranian provinces in the northwestern, western and central areas of the country were impacted.

Kelly has familiarity with the West Coast, serving as an offensive coordinator/head coach with OR from 2007-12 and the head coach of the 49ers in 2016.

And then Chip Kelly will again merge into the pack of elite college football coaches.

The show-cause order expired in 2014, however, so schools will not face any restriction in hiring the 53-year-old coach now.

Former President Barack Obama Shows Up for Jury Duty
Mr Obama is not the first USA president to show up for service that some Americans either dread or find excuses to avoid. Eventually Obama was placed on a jury panel, but when that panel wasn't needed he was allowed to go home.

UCLA's search team is headed by Athletic Director Dan Guerrero with senior associate athletic director Josh Rebholz, donor Casey Wasserman and former UCLA quarterback Troy Aikman. He's immediately been on the list for any prominent job opening at the college level, but Florida and UCLA have emerged as Kelly's top two options.

Kelly's agent David Dunn is a UCLA alumnus.
