As of Thursday afternoon, Skow said temperatures had already dropped to 16 degrees with a wind-chill reading of minus 4 degrees.
Saturday night, the low will be around 10 with increasing clouds, and a calm wind becoming south southeast 5 to 7 miles per hour after midnight, according to the weather service. Skies are expected to generally be clear.
