"We've seen no evidence of a terrorist attack", Lombardo said.
As CrimeOnline previously reported, Paddock had visited Las Vegas earlier in September and rented a room at the Ogden condominium building during the time the Life is handsome outdoor music festival was taking place, from September 22 through September 24. The report indicates that he made multiple trips from a vehicle to his hotel suite carrying multiple bags, and visited a gun range during one visit to Mesquite.
But he noted that investigators found "numerous" images of child pornography on Paddock's computers.
Paddock opened fire on a country music festival on October 1, 2017, from a room in the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, killing 58 people and injuring 546.
"There was only one person responsible and that was Stephen Paddock". They believe Paddock meticulously prepared his plan to fire assault-style weapons from the Mandalay Bay into the crowd at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.
The 81-page document includes an overview of the incident, a sequence of events leading up to the attack, a brief profile of Stephen Paddock who opened fire on the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, his planning of the attack, photographs from the scene as well as indicators of intent. He did say that it was the case that the individual could be arrested. Police dug through Paddock's computers and found searches suggesting that he considered Santa Monica beach and Fenway Park as potential targets. But Sheriff Lombardo says federal authorities are investigating an individual whom they are not naming.

Her attorney could not immediately be reached for comment. A total of 851 people suffered injuries directly related to the shooting and its aftermath, and 422 of them specifically suffered from some kind of gunfire injury, Lombardo said. Paddock died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound as police closed in on him to stop his shooting spree.
Officials at the Federal Bureau of Investigation office in Chicago referred the I-Team to authorities in Las Vegas.
Paddock chose to commit a mass shooting some time before checking into Mandalay Bay, with the report revealing that he'd also searched locations like Fenway Park, Venice Beach and La Jolla Beach.
Danley told investigators that over the course of the past year, Paddock had become "distant" and their relationship was no longer intimate, the report says.
Officials have not said and records released so far don't show what motivated the 64-year-old high-stakes gambler to kill.

Lombardo said the investigation found that Paddock had possessed child pornography.
"I realize it's been three months since you have received an update on the 1 October shooting", Lombardo told reporters Friday afternoon. The judge agreed to wait until at least next week.
They do not think Paddock's girlfriend Marilou Danley was involved.
Lombardo is the elected head of the metropolitan police department.
Danley, who was in the Philippines during the shooting, was questioned by the FBI after returning to the US Lombardo and Aaron Rouse, FBI agent in charge in Las Vegas, said in October that Danley was not a suspect.
