Google Maps is turning into 'Mario Kart' today to celebrate Mario Day

From there on, tapping the yellow question mark icon at the bottom of the Google Maps app will trigger a prompt to kick off Mario Time.

To activate Mario Time, enter a destination and request directions in Google Maps.

"Mario Time!" will replace the navigation arrow with Mario in a go-cart.
