During Suh's three seasons in Miami, he recorded 181 tackles, 15.5 sacks, 13 passes defensed, and two forced fumbles.
The three-time first-team All-Pro is only set to play in Los Angeles for 2018, as the Rams are operating in a window before their rookie contracts expand.
Suh has been one of the best defensive linemen in the NFL since entering the league as the Lions' No. 2 overall pick in 2010.

He took his only lead when Stenson fanned a 3-wood off the tee at No. 8 and had to lay up short of the water in making bogey. Speaking about his lengthy birdie putt on the seventh, Woods added: "It was coming over that hill a little too quick".
Suh's deal with the Rams is for $14 million with at least $10 million guaranteed.
Suh hit the market after he was released by the Dolphins in a cost-saving move. After winning the NFC West and a first-round bye previous year, the Rams were bounced in their first playoff game by the playoff-tested Atlanta Falcons.
New York Jets CEO Christopher Johnson confirmed the team rescinded its contract offer to free-agent defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, the New York Daily News' Manish Mehta reported Sunday. "There's a reason why he was one of the highest paid defensive tackles, if not the highest paid".

While New Delhi has taken up the matter with Islamabad multiple times in the last nine months, there has reportedly been no respite.
Suh will join the disruptive Aaron Donald - the reigning defensive player of the year - on a ferocious Rams front that also features defensive end Michael Brockers and outside linebacker Connor Barwin.
Building a defense is all about rushing the passer and stopping the pass.
"On reflection, and in concert with Mike, we've rescinded the offer to Suh", said Johnson (via NJ.com), who took over the Jets previous year when his older brother, Woody Johnson, became the Trump administration's ambassador to the United Kingdom. He visited the Rams' facility last Tuesday and had dinner that night with coach Sean McVay and team executives at Malibu restaurant. He's also drawing interest from the Los Angeles Rams, Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints. The Rams clearly feel Goff is good enough to lead them to the promised land with a stacked deck around him.

Leeds City Council said gritters had been treating roads overnight and road crews were mobilised to clear drifting on high routes. Met Office meteorologist Mark Wilson said: "The best way to describe this is as a real return to wintry conditions".
