Spotify and Hulu Will Offer a $13 Bundle

The deal bundles the $9.99 Spotify Premium subscription and the standard $7.99 Hulu with Limited Commercials tier, for a $5 saving.
Spotify will be hoping, by loosening restrictions on the Free service, to attract more users from the paid-only Apple Music platform.
Spotify and Hulu are teaming up for a Spotify Premium, now with Hulu plan for $12.99 a month. In a press release today, the two companies announced they would be joining forces to offer a package deal, services from both companies for just $13 a month.
Spotify had a wimpy market listing, and that's okay
In a direct listing , a company doesn't raise any money by issuing new shares, which is unusual for a first public offering. Perhaps that's a good starting point for the Spotify share to attract a broad group of investors domestically.
Spotify will now be able to directly compete with Amazon Prime, which also offers a similar amalgamation of video and music.
The new offer is available initially to existing Spotify Premium subscribers only.
